We have a system already created for collecting camper data on Bolo forms, organizing the data on Google Sheets for daily attendance and also have early care and after care added to data on the sheets. Unfortunately, the person who initially set this up for us is no longer available and we need someone that can backwards engineer the system to apply to new camps and calendar dates. We hope that whomever does this for us will be able to field questions and trouble-shoot issues that arise as needed. Ideally we would prefer not to have to wait more than 24 hours for assistance with glitches. The need for tech support will be ongoing as we have seasonal camps that will use the same system. For each session of camps we need: - Multiple camps need a roster with easy reference to emergency info AND we must be able to ake daily attendance. The staff person signing the camper in must be able to be shown. - On the daily attendance there must be a way for us to see if a camper has signed up for early and/or after care - We need a daily attendance sheet for early care students with the camp they belong to. - We need a daily attendance sheet for after care students with the camp they belong to. After care students must be able to be shown as 60 min or 90 min registrations. - All the early and extended care information comes from an online software program called Appointy. Families book and pay themselves through this program and Zapier helps integrate in the google sheets. Need to be ready for use with all testing complete by Nov. 7th at the latest for 3 camps.
