We’re NightSkool Entertainment, a Richmond, VA–based music and movement company with a powerful grassroots line dance community led by VA’s General & Kat. Over the years, they’ve taught and performed line dances at hundreds of events — from nightclubs and festivals to senior centers, birthday parties, nonprofits, and school functions. We’ve captured a ton of it on video, and we’re looking for a creative video editor to turn this into a powerful 90-second highlight reel that helps us tell our story and get booked for more gigs. This is more than just a “highlight reel” — it’s a collage-style storytelling montage that captures the energy, community impact, and cultural movement that VA’s General and Kat have built. What You’ll Be Doing: Review and organize a collection of video clips (from smartphones and cameras) Select dynamic moments across different events Edit into a fast-paced, emotionally uplifting 90-second hype video Add music (we can provide tracks or you can suggest royalty-free options) Include text overlays (event types, locations, call-to-action) Use smooth transitions and good pacing to keep energy high Optimize final video for Instagram, YouTube, and website use
