We need a US CPA to review our existing 409A business valuation conducted in late August 2025 to assist in assuring compliance and further certify the fair market value determination of our compnay. Context: Our company completed a 409A valuation through CARTA. In order for this valuation to carry further weight in foreign jurisdictions which require additional CPA attestation. We wish a CPA to review and confirm that the valuation methodology is reasonable and conclusions reached by CARTA in valuation are done according to accurate valuation standards.
