Description: I run a video production business (freelance, multiple clients) and need help reconciling my accounts in Xero.com. My bookkeeping is already set up, but I need a professional to go through and properly categorize and reconcile everything. Details: • Business account: Wells Fargo business checking (all expenses here are for business). • Credit cards: Discover, Capital One, and CreditOne (mixed use, but heavily business). • Income: Freelance projects with multiple companies/clients. • Investments: I sold a number of stocks in 2024 and already have the 1099 forms downloaded. • Goal: Clean and accurate records in Xero that align with tax requirements. • Deadline: This must be completed in the next 24 hours if possible. What I’m Looking For: • Strong experience with Xero and small business bookkeeping. • Familiarity with categorizing mixed-use credit card expenses. • Ability to incorporate 1099 forms and investment activity into the reconciliation. • Fast turnaround and clear communication.
