I need a sharp, organized, fast-learning VA to help me build the course inside Systeme.io, design PDFs/slides, upload course modules, organize assets, and help with basic content tasks. This is NOT a simple VA job. This is for someone who can think, learn fast, and move with speed. RESPONSIBILITIES You will handle: COURSE SETUP (Systeme.io) Set up course modules and lessons Upload videos, PDFs, worksheets, resources Format lesson descriptions Create clean navigation structure Organize all content inside folders SLIDES & DESIGNS Turn lesson scripts into Gamma or Canva slide decks Create PDFs (checklists, worksheets, templates) Design course thumbnails Design module cover graphics Create simple branding assets when needed CONTENT SUPPORT Repurpose scripts into social posts (optional) Upload videos to platforms Maintain naming conventions Help track content progress Create simple templates for students TECH + ADMIN Build landing pages inside Systeme.io Set up forms & buttons Upload email sequences (copy provided) Keep everything organized Follow step-by-step task lists without reminders 🟦 REQUIREMENTS Must have: ✓ Strong written English ✓ Canva or Gamma experience ✓ Systeme.io experience ✓ Fast learner (you must adapt quickly) ✓ Clean design sense ✓ Organized + detail-oriented ✓ Proactive — not waiting for instructions ✓ Knows how to use ChatGPT for productivity ✓ Can work FAST and independently
