About

Seeking an experienced PCB designer for a cost-optimized, 2-layer mixed-signal sensor board. This device serves as a prototype for a commercial motor condition monitoring product, utilizing a separate ESP32-C3 module for Wi-Fi/control and a Semtech SX1262 chip for LoRaWAN communication. The design must integrate an IIM-42352 accelerometer, an ACS723 current sensor (+/- 5A_ and external RPM/Temp sensors. The primary challenge is maintaining low-noise sensor integrity and maximizing the range of the dual-wireless system while routing a high-current path (5A) and ensuring sufficient 2mm high-voltage isolation on a small form factor (target 50mm x 40mm). Budget is $600, open to receiving competitive proposals that may be lower, provided the freelancer can justify the quality of their work.
