What You will Do Lead Financial Operations: Oversee Accounts Payable, Receivable, Payroll, and Corporate Reporting for all US operations. Drive Digital Transformation: Champion the rollout of our new ERP and other finance technologies, ensuring systems are fit-for-purpose and future-ready. Deliver Insightful Reporting: Provide timely, accurate financial and statistical information to support business decisions at all levels. Ensure Compliance & Integrity: Maintain robust internal controls, coordinate audits, and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies. Optimize Performance: Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and recommend actions to improve cost efficiency and profitability. Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with senior management, global teams, and external partners to drive results and share best practices. Develop Talent: Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning. What You Bring Experience: 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in multi-facility manufacturing or international environments. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA and/or CMA preferred. Leadership: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ERP systems, financial reporting software, and business intelligence tools. Business Acumen: Deep understanding of financial standards, with a passion for process improvement and innovation. Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Integrity: High ethical standards and a commitment to excellence. What is in It for You?
