About the Role We’re looking for a scriptwriting powerhouse — someone who can take a brief and turn it into scroll-stopping short-form content that hooks instantly, flows beautifully, and connects emotionally. You’ll be responsible for producing 6–8 high-quality scripts per day, 5 days a week. Each script should include: A killer hook A clear, emotionally engaging narrative A suggested voiceover (which you’ll produce using tools like ElevenLabs) Visual direction to help guide editors and creators We understand the power of AI in creative workflows, and we welcome it as a tool — for ideation, structure, and speed. But the creative spark, storytelling voice, and emotional resonance must come from you. This role is ideal for a writer who loves fast-paced production, understands human emotion, and knows how to make every second count. What You’ll Do Write 6–8 short-form video scripts per day (ads, social media, UGC-style content) Craft hooks that capture attention within seconds Build emotionally engaging narratives that hold attention and drive action Use AI voice tools (like ElevenLabs) to produce high-quality, emotionally resonant voiceovers for each script Provide visual direction — key shots, transitions, or concepts that align with the script’s tone and flow Collaborate closely with our creative and marketing team to align on messaging and style Use AI tools strategically (for brainstorming or refining), while keeping final output original and human Stay on top of short-form trends, storytelling techniques, and what’s working across TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts Take feedback and iterate quickly, maintaining both quality and volume What We’re Looking For A natural storyteller with a deep understanding of pacing, emotion, and structure Strong experience in short-form video scriptwriting, ad copy, or content storytelling Comfortable writing fast without compromising quality Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, etc. — and the skill to make the final output truly yours Ability to create emotionally engaging voiceovers that match tone and pacing Creative eye for visual direction — you can picture how your script comes alive Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable with high-volume output Collaborative mindset — open to feedback and iteration Nice to Have 2+ years of experience writing for ads, video content, or DTC brands A portfolio showcasing short-form video scripts or high-performing ads Experience in wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands Understanding of performance metrics and what makes content convert What You’ll Get The opportunity to shape Stimara’s creative voice and content strategy A steady, high-output creative role with meaningful impact Collaboration with a passionate, supportive team Remote-friendly flexibility Competitive compensation, with potential for performance-based bonuses A brand that values craft, innovation, and authenticity
