- What We’re Looking For
- Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Community Health & Innovations (CHI) Contracts Coordinator to join our team! The CHI Contracts Coordinator will work in the CHI Department and support the CHI Contracts Manager in all aspects of the CHI contracting process. The Coordinator is responsible for the preparation of contracts and associated paperwork to complete contract packages. On a daily basis, this position collaborates with multiple parties to create language standards for new and existing contracts, analyzes standards for potential risks, and ensures contractors are meeting contract requirements and expectations as outlined. This position is fundamental to ensuring project success and works internally and externally to confirm the availability of funds and resources and helps to resolve invoicing and other contractual issues.
On a typical day, you might
- * Support the contracting process for CHI projects, including drafting contracts and contract language, engaging appropriate stakeholders during contract negotiations, and managing the contracting process through contract execution.
- * Review contract requests and relevant documents and forms for accuracy, completeness, compliance with State and Federal regulations, and adherence to Trillium’s policies and procedures. Work with contractors to ensure the minimal requirements are present when using their contract template.
- * Draft, issue, and track contracts, addendums/amendments, and Memorandums of Agreement/Understanding (MOA/MOU) to ensure they are returned, fully executed using the contract management platform, and filed appropriately in the electronic files.
- * Review and generate contracts for the new fiscal year, end of contract term, or other updates as needed during the fiscal year. Track contract terms to allow timely notification to Trillium staff and contractors regarding contract changes, terminations, etc.
- * Meet with the appropriate Trillium staff to discuss issues with current contracts and obtain suggestions for new (fiscal year) contracts. When necessary, revise contract language while maintaining compliance with the funding requirements and Trillium’s policies and procedures.

- Qualifications
Required
- * High School Diploma/GED with six (6) years’ experience working in a business, physical or behavioral/mental health care setting, or environment where contracts and subcontracts are used to provide services, OR
- * Associate’s degree with four (4) years’ experience working in a business, physical or behavioral/mental health care setting, or environment where contracts and subcontracts are used to provide services, OR
- * Bachelor’s degree with a minimum two (2) years of experience working in a business, physical or behavioral/mental health care setting, or environment where contracts and subcontracts are used to provide services, OR
- * Equivalent combination of education/experience.
- * Must have a valid driver’s license
- * Must reside within North Carolina
- * Must be able to travel within catchment as required.
Preferred
- * Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business or Human Services field.
- * Direct experience managing contracts.
