Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator
Location: Austin, TX (On-Site, Full-Time)

Texas Spine & Scoliosis is looking for a dynamic Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team. This position is an exciting opportunity for a creative, results-driven professional with 3–5 years of experience in medical marketing and established relationships with primary care physicians. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, a passion for building connections, and the ability to think strategically about community engagement and referral growth.

Job Summary

The Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator will develop and execute marketing initiatives that increase visibility, strengthen referral relationships, and promote Texas Spine & Scoliosis within the community. This role will coordinate community outreach programs and educational events, ensuring that our team of five surgeons and four PM&R physicians are supported with strong referral pipelines and continued surgical volume growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze community needs to identify opportunities for outreach programs, partnerships, and events.
  • Plan and execute educational programs and outreach activities for physicians, referral sources, and community partners.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with primary care physicians, community organizations, and referral networks.
  • Coordinate marketing and educational events, including logistics, scheduling, volunteer/staff support, and promotional materials.
  • Track, measure, and report outcomes to demonstrate impact and return on marketing efforts.
  • Maintain a master event calendar and serve as the central point of contact for outreach activities.
  • Represent Texas Spine & Scoliosis in a positive, professional manner at all events and meetings.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years of medical marketing, business development, or physician relations experience (required).
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in marketing, communications, or healthcare administration preferred.
  • Strong network and ties to primary care physicians and other referring providers in the Austin area.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver measurable results.
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to engage stakeholders and represent the practice effectively.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
