• Culinary?Expertise: Supervise the preparation of food items, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation across all dining outlets.
• Leadership?and?Supervision:?Lead?and?assist?kitchen?staff,?utilizing?previous?supervisory?experience?to?ensure?efficient?kitchen?operations.
• Problem Solving?and?Initiative: Anticipate needs, evaluate alternatives and solve problems efficiently in high-pressure situations.
• Communication?Skills:? Clearly?convey?information?and?ideas and effectively listen to and understand issues raised by co-workers and guests.
• Financial?Acumen:?Work?with?financial?information?and?basic?arithmetic?functions?to?support?kitchen?operations.
• Safety?and?Compliance:?Ensure?compliance?with?food?safety?standards?and?maintain?a?clean?and?safe?work?environment.
• EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• At?least?7?years?of?related?progressive?experience,?or?a?culinary?graduate?with?at?least?2?years?of?progressive?experience?in?a?hotel?or?related?field.
• Food?Handlers?Certification?as?required by?state?regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to focus attention on details
• Ability to carry up to 20 to 50 pounds
