I have a fully designed multi-page workbook created in Canva. I need an experienced developer to convert this design into a clean, responsive HTML and CSS template that can be populated with dynamic text and images, then rendered into a multi-page PDF using Puppeteer, Playwright, or wkhtmltopdf. This template will be used inside an AI workflow to generate branded, client-facing reports for Realtors. You will NOT need to work inside Base44. You will only create the PDF generator with an API endpoint. This is a 2–4 hour project for the right person. What You Will Build Deliverables 1. Convert Canva Design to HTML and CSS Match the design pixel-for-pixel Pages include: Cover Page with dynamic background photo and Realtor/LO photos 13 Section Pages with dynamic content Final Referral Page with loan officer details and referral code 2. Add Dynamic Fields Create templating placeholders for things like: realtor name realtor brokerage realtor photo url city image url section titles and content referral code I will provide the full JSON structure separately. 3. Set Up a PDF Generator Create code to turn the merged HTML into a high-quality PDF using Puppeteer, Playwright, or wkhtmltopdf. PDF requirements: US Letter size 8.5 x 11 Multipage support Auto-flow for long sections High-quality text and images Header/footer on each page 4. Build a Lightweight API Endpoint A simple POST endpoint: Input: JSON fields for text and image URLs Output: A downloadable PDF file I will connect this to Base44. 5. Provide All Files HTML CSS JS if used PDF generator script Deployment instructions Endpoint documentation Technical Requirements Must Have Experience In: Converting design files to HTML and CSS PDF rendering (Puppeteer, Playwright, or wkhtmltopdf) Dynamic templating such as Handlebars, EJS, or similar Creating REST API endpoints Pixel-accurate layout replication Nice To Have: Canva to code conversion Image processing Experience with AI-generated content Project Files Provided After Hiring Full Canva design as PDF and PNG Fonts Color palette Template Guide describing dynamic fields and page logic Sample JSON input Timeline Expected completion: 3–5 days Faster turnaround is appreciated.
