Description: I run a healthcare education company providing clinical webinars, digital products, and continuing education for nurse practitioners and clinicians. We are looking for a highly skilled Conversion Copywriter and Brand Strategist who can ensure cohesive messaging, high-converting copy, and a visually compelling user experience across our digital assets. This role requires a strategic thinker who can maintain brand cohesion, plan for an April 2026 product launch, and optimize conversion flows, while also executing copywriting and funnel/website updates. Primary Role: • Write high-converting copy for webinar funnels and website pages, matching our brand voice precisely. • Act as a brand strategist for all digital assets: ensure messaging consistency, visual cohesion, and conversion optimization. • Build and update funnels in Go High Level (GHL) and website pages in LearnWorlds, including wireframes, UX design improvements, and integration of the April 2026 product launch. • Consider future SEO implementation when writing copy, even though it is not currently live. Primary Responsibilities • Write compelling, conversion-focused copy for: o Webinar funnels (landing pages, checkout pages, upsells, confirmations) o Collaborate with our email marketer to ensure deliverables (guides, calendar invites, emails, Zoom links) are successfully sent to clients registering in webinar funnel/website o Website pages (homepage, product pages, about, etc.) • Maintain brand voice: kind, conversational, knowledgeable, supportive, empowering, heartfelt, approachable, friendly • Ensure strategic conversion flow across all pages • Create wireframes for website updates before implementation • Build or refresh webinar funnels in GHL • Update website pages in LearnWorlds with improved UX, navigation, and design • Create clean, cohesive graphics aligned with brand standards (do not use ChatGPT or AI-generated images; Canva/Photoshop is acceptable) • Handle all graphics except for pictures of the founder and logos • Collaborate with team members (email marketer, Meta ads specialist, social media manager) • Advise on strategic messaging, visual design, and UX improvements beyond what is specified • Plan and implement website updates to include the April 2026 product launch • Participate in weekly check-ins to review progress and align on milestones Specific Deliverables Branding & Cohesion: • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all funnels and the website • All four funnels will follow the same strategic flow, with visually distinct variations for each webinar while maintaining brand cohesion Funnel Work (Go High Level): • 1 wireframe that will be applied to all 4 funnels • Edit/refresh 3 existing funnels (all same structure/flow) • Create 1 new funnel based on the same flow as existing funnels (template for duplication) • Apply brand-cohesive but visually differentiated designs for each of the four funnels • A/B testing to optimize performance Website Work (LearnWorlds): • Refresh website with improved UX, visuals, and brand cohesion • Plan for the April 2026 product launch and reserve layout space for the September 2026 product launch • Improve homepage and add a monthly calendar of events • Film a short instructional video for the tech team demonstrating how to update the monthly calendar in the future • Provide wireframes for proposed updates before implementation • Recommend design/UI improvements beyond what is specified Deadlines • 3 funnel updates o Webinar 1: December 30, 2026 o Webinar 4: January 13, 2026 o Webinar 3: January 27, 2026 • New funnel (webinar 5): December 22, 2026 • A/B testing: Jan 8 – Feb 25, 2026 • All website updates completed (including April 2026 product launch and monthly calendar video): February 23, 2026 Weekly milestones will be established upon hire for accountability and transparency. Ongoing Work Opportunity • Monthly or quarterly site/funnel updates • New product pages and launches (September 2026) • Funnel optimization • Ad hoc improvements and UX updates Ideal Candidate • Proven experience in conversion-focused copywriting • Experience with webinar funnels, online courses, or digital product copy • Strong brand strategy skills: voice consistency, visual cohesion, UX thinking • Ability to match an established brand voice accurately • Experience building funnels in Go High Level • Experience updating websites in LearnWorlds • Ability to create a clean, modern rebranding look for the funnels and website • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Reliable, highly organized, and deadline-driven Technical Access & Tools • Candidate will be given access to Go High Level and LearnWorlds to complete deliverables • Canva and Photoshop may be used for graphics; AI-generated images (ChatGPT, DALL-E, etc.) are not permitted Ownership & Intellectual Property • All copy, graphics, wireframes, videos, and other deliverables produced for this project will be the sole property of the company. • Candidate must be willing to sign a project-specific contract confirming responsibilities, deliverables, ownership, and confidentiality.
