We are in need of having a conversational AI that can communicate via Email and SMS when a lead comes into our pipeline. We currently use Mail Gun and Twillio for our messaging services and Notion as our CRM. Our leads will come from: - Typeform - Facebook / Instagram From Submission - Website News Letter Opt In (WordPress) - Mongo DB This agent will need to be able to have conversational emails and texts with the leads and also have the ability to text pre recorded voice notes and videos and send blue iMessage texts if possible. We will also want this agent to reach out for users that have things such as: - Failed Payment - Cancelled Subscription (Offer Discounts) - Creating Tickets (When Users Complain) - General Client Success Management - Proper Onboarding and Set Up after Starting Trial We have seen these models be created quickly and want something fully functional and stable with the week. We have several other agents we need created so this will not be the last job and we are looking to bring some one on same day and get this wrapped up within a 3-5 day timeline.
