We’re a small software company starting a project with a larger business, and we need the right agreements in place before commencing work. Specifically, we’re looking for a lawyer experienced in software contracts and data protection to draft (or review) the following: - Master Services Agreement (or Software Development Agreement) - Data Protection Agreement (DPA) - NDA (if not already included in the above) Ideal candidate: - Strong background in software/SaaS contracts and data privacy law - Experience working with small companies contracting with larger enterprises - Ability to draft clear, practical agreements that protect both parties Please include examples of similar contracts you’ve worked on.
