We are seeking a Content Specialist to join our team full-time. This role involves creating high-quality written content across multiple formats, including Google Business Profile (GBP) posts, case studies, and blogs. You will use ChatGPT prompts to draft content, proofread and refine it, and (once trained, if needed) upload blogs directly to WordPress. Responsibilities: Write GBP posts (8–9 per month for ~150 profiles) in American English, ensuring seasonal and holiday relevance for U.S. businesses. Draft and edit case studies that highlight client success stories. Create blog content using ChatGPT and upload/publish it on WordPress websites (training provided if needed). Proofread and edit all written work for accuracy, grammar, and tone. Source and select photos from shared folders for GBP posts and blogs. Organize and track content in spreadsheets or project management tools. Complete GBP content one month in advance for client review. Collaborate with the team during overlapping hours for training and communication. Requirements: Fluent in English with excellent writing and proofreading skills. Must write in American English. Understanding of U.S. seasons and holidays to ensure timely, relevant content. Familiarity with ChatGPT for content creation (preferred). Experience with GBP posting and/or WordPress publishing (bonus, but training available). Must have a VPN to access U.S.-based social media pages. Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently meet deadlines. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Availability for at least 25–50% overlap with North American hours for training and team communication. Time Commitment: Full-time role (approx. 30-40 hours per week).
