About

I’m launching a minimalist streetwear brand emphasizing everyday resilience and geometric design (inspired by Fear of God Essentials). I handle photography/creative direction, with a video editor for content and an SMM for social strategy. I need a freelancer to manage operations and help scale, ensuring smooth launches and growth. This is fast-paced—aiming for a 1-3 month rollout. Responsibilities: • Core Operations: • Integrate and manage Tapstitch POD: Upload designs (wordmark/monogram), order/test samples, oversee fulfillment/shipping. • Handle e-commerce basics: Update Shopify store with product listings (5-10 initial SKUs like hoodies, tees), monitor inventory analytics, and run A/B tests (e.g., pricing, descriptions). • Coordinate with my team: Align ops with video editor (e.g., provide assets for BTS content) and SMM (e.g., prep product drops for social campaigns). • Scaling Support: • Suggest growth strategies: Expand SKUs, identify new markets/demographics, track sales metrics for iterations. • Manage collabs/influencers: Source and coordinate micro-influencers (1k-10k followers) via outreach, sample shipments. • Maintain narrative consistency: Ensure all ops tie back to “BUILT FOR EVERYDAY” ethos (e.g., product descriptions reflect resilience/minimalism). • Light content ops if needed: Organize raw assets from my shoots for the video editor, or handle simple uploads. Requirements: • Experience in e-commerce operations, POD platforms (Tapstitch/Printful preferred), and scaling small brands. • Streetwear or fashion ops background a plus. • Proficient in tools like Shopify, Google Analytics, Excel for tracking. • Fast worker: Deliver initial setup in 1-2 weeks, then ongoing support. • Excellent communicator to sync with my remote team. Project Length: 1- month contract to start, with potential to expand into full-time scaling role. How to Apply: Include: • Resume/portfolio with ops examples (e.g., POD management, scaling case studies). • Quick plan for my launch: How you’d handle first Tapstitch sample order and tie it to social drops. • Rate/fee estimate. • Availability (start ASAP). Note: This role is about execution and growth—I’ll provide creative guidance, but you drive the backend to keep things lean and premium.
