We are building one of the fastest-growing brands in the French and Spanish learning space. Our content reaches millions every month across: We publish weekly and we’re scaling. To support that growth, we’re hiring a Content Operations & Email Marketing Coordinator who can keep the publishing machine running, clean, consistent, and data-driven. The Mission Own content delivery across email + social and ensure everything goes out on time, error-free, and optimized based on performance, supported by smart use of AI (not copy-paste dependency). What you’ll be responsible for • Coordinating with our content creator to receive assets on time • Reviewing quality before publishing (hooks, headlines, captions, layouts) • Formatting and publishing weekly newsletters inside Mailchimp • Tracking email performance (open, click, reply) and recommending improvements • Publishing and scheduling across Instagram + YouTube • Maintaining and improving our content calendar and workflows • Updating Canva visuals when needed (carousels, post layouts) • Delivering a weekly performance report with insights, not just screenshots You’ll thrive here if you have: • High judgment — you know what “good” looks like • Critical thinking — you don’t publish something that looks wrong “because you were told to” • A performance mindset — you care about results, not just output • Passion for learning and self-improvement — this job requires curiosity and initiative.
