I run a marketing agency and do well, but I want someone to take over the content side and help me grow it to the next level. I don’t need hand-holding — I need someone who knows how to run a content machine like Iman Gadzhi or Alex Hormozi. What I need: Part-time operator who can direct, systemize, and run content. Build a content flow: planning → creating content ideas → overseeing editing team or editing content yourself → posting → tracking growth. This would ideally be a long term partnership for my personal brand. Create ideas for both long form content and short form. Also turn long-form content into short-form clips with strong hooks, retention, and virality. Keep a consistent posting schedule and push growth. 10–20 hours per week, long-term role if it’s a fit. What I’m looking for: You understand the Gadzhi/Hormozi style of content. You’ve actually grown content before (show me examples).
