I am a software sales coach and content creator looking for a Content Director who can manage, systematize, and scale a high-volume content engine across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and email. My goal is to 5–10x output in 2026. I will produce raw content weekly — including long-form videos, newsletter writing, talking-head clips, and coaching calls — and I need someone who can turn that raw material into an organized, consistent, and strategic multi-platform content machine. This is NOT a VA role. This is NOT a basic scheduler role. This is NOT a “tell me what to do” role. This is a Content Operator role: you will run the system, manage the team, and drive the content machine forward every week. WHAT YOU WILL OWN (CORE RESPONSIBILITIES) 1. Content Strategy & Planning Build and maintain a weekly and monthly multi-platform content calendar Turn 1–2 long-form videos/week into multiple Shorts/Reels Assign briefs to editors and copywriters Plan series, themes, and strategic content based on performance Identify what content should be repurposed, recycled, or boosted 2. Content Operations Own the workflow in Airtable, Notion, or ClickUp Ensure editors, designers, and copywriters meet weekly deadlines Quality control: ensure every clip matches brand voice + standards Upload long-form content to YouTube or hand it off with full instructions Manage scheduling VA and make sure posts go out as planned 3. Creative Direction Identify strong hooks from long-form content Write or refine short scripts for talking-head videos when needed Give feedback to editors on pacing, captions, and storytelling Ensure all static images, carousels, and thumbnails match brand guidelines 4. Analytics & Performance Track performance across YouTube, IG, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter Submit a weekly KPI report: top posts, weak posts, insights, trends Recommend what to double down on and what to cut Plan a 60–90 day recycling system for top content WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE 20+ high-quality short-form videos published weekly 2 long-form YouTube videos edited and published weekly 5+ high-quality social posts repurposed from newsletter and coaching content A full team (editors, designers, copywriters, VA) working smoothly My involvement reduced to only filming and approvals Consistent growth across all platforms A predictable, repeatable content machine REQUIREMENTS Experience managing content for creators, CEOs, or personal brands Ability to audit content and give strategic creative feedback Must understand repurposing logic: turning 1 long video into 10+ assets Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, social storytelling Ability to manage multiple team members and keep deadlines tight Comfortable giving honest, direct feedback High judgment, low ego, strong initiative Excellent English writing and communication Experience with YouTube + Shorts is a big plus Experience with LinkedIn/Twitter content is a plus Ability to create basic scripts or content outlines is a plus TOOLS YOU SHOULD KNOW (OR BE READY TO LEARN FAST) Airtable, Notion or ClickUp Frame.io YouTube Studio Google Drive Slack Figma/Canva (not for editing — for communication with designers) COMPENSATION $1,000–$2,000/month depending on experience Long-term opportunity (12+ months) Performance-based increases + bonuses as the brand scales HOW TO APPLY Send the following in your application (only candidates who follow instructions will be considered): A 60–90 second Loom video introducing yourself Examples of content you’ve successfully managed or repurposed A brief description of your repurposing workflow (from long-form → multi-platform) A sample content calendar you’ve built Your availability (hours per week and timezone) BONUS QUESTION (Answer Required) You receive a 30-minute raw video from me.
