Cuzko Construction is a Seattle-based general contractor specializing in commercial tenant improvements (restaurants, cafés, spas) and residential remodels (bathrooms, kitchens, roofing, flooring, etc.). We’re looking for a construction estimator experienced in both small and large projects who can take floor plans, videos, and scope details and build accurate, organized estimates in JobTread CRM. You’ll also help improve our current estimating system, templates, and cost catalogs for faster, more consistent bids. Responsibilities: • Create detailed estimates for remodels, new build-outs, and TI projects. • Enter estimates directly in JobTread using provided plans, videos, and notes. • Organize costs by division and phase (labor, materials, subs, etc.). • Help improve and expand our JobTread cost catalogs and templates. • Review plans, photos, or scope notes and prepare detailed estimates. • Use our template (Excel or JobTread) to fill quantities, unit costs, and markups. • Source quotes from suppliers and subs when needed. • Provide bid summaries and cost comparison sheets. Requirements: • Experience estimating residential and commercial construction. • Able to read blueprints and plans accurately. • Knowledge of materials, labor pricing, and trade scopes. • Familiar with JobTread, Buildertrend, or similar CRMs. • Reliable, detail-oriented, and communicates clearly.
