- Landscape Construction Branch Administrator
- The Branch Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the branch by overseeing administrative functions, supporting project teams, and maintaining compliance with company and client requirements. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Candidates with Notary Public certification are strongly preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- * Prepare, review, and submit pay applications and other project-related financial documents.
- * Assist with contract administration, change orders, and related documentation.
- * Maintain project files, correspondence, and records in compliance with company standards.
- * Provide administrative support to branch leadership, project managers, and field staff.
- * Coordinate branch communications, scheduling, and document distribution.
- * Manage branch office supplies, vendor invoicing, and other operational needs.
- * Support HR-related tasks, including onboarding paperwork and timekeeping.
- * Perform notarization duties, if certified, to support project and legal document needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- * Previous experience as an administrative assistant, branch administrator, or in a similar role within construction or a related industry preferred.
- * Knowledge of pay application processes and construction documentation strongly desirable.
- * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management or accounting software is a plus.
- * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- * Notary Public certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
