About

We are a growing construction company specializing in traffic control, signage, striping, guardrail, fence and miscellaneous steel. We are looking for someone with a strong accounting background that can handle account receivables and other various tasks.

Main responsibilities will include:

· Accounts Receivable

o Generate AIA billings based on information provided by the project manager.

o Enter monthly billings into online billing software (GCPay) when required.

o Post invoices in QuickBooks.

· Other responsibilities

o Utilize financial software such as QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and reporting.

o Ability to interact with shop manager/project manager for review of invoices/AIA billings.

o Review contracts for billing requirements.

o Markup contracts with project specific notes and submit.

o Assist with setting up projects internally.

o Assist with gathering material certifications.

o Cross training in other roles.

o Various other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Proficient with QuickBooks

· Strong Excel user

· Good with numbers

· Must possess written and oral communication skills

· Must be very attentive to detail

· Need to be extremely organized

· Able to handle a variety of tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
