We are seeking a freelancer to attend a 3-day retail conference in NYC on January 11-13 (sunday/monday/tuesday). The task involves recording audio of the main stage sessions and translating them into a Word document using notebookLM or equivalent. The ideal candidate should be able to travel to NYC easily (Javits Center) and have access to a laptop for recording and translation purposes. Conference will be 8am-5pm approximately sunday/monday/tuesday. Conference is NRF 2026 https://nrfbigshow.nrf.com/agenda/ "Retail members" get a preference for the job.
