Concierge Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• High School diploma or Equivalent

• One year's experience in a customer service position, preferably in hotel, skilled nursing, or activities focus

• Experience in working in long term care

• Work closely with the nursing staff on the unit, admissions, dietary, activities and social services to ensure that the needs of the residents are met

• Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service

• Assist a new resident and their family upon admission

• Ensure room is ready ahead of scheduled arrival, to include inspecting cleanliness, adequate supplies, and/or any special needs

• Notify maintenance or housekeeping of any items that need attention in the room(s)

• Other duties as assigned by Nursing Home Administrator or direct supervisor

Concierge Schedule and Benefits:

• Schedule: Full-time, dayshift, Wednesday-Sunday Schedule (every weekend)
