Job Summary

The Taverna Automotive Group is hiring a Compensation Analyst. This role will calculate variable compensation payable on a monthly basis across numerous sales and service positions. This position involves data analysis, excel modeling, and accounting schedule reconciliations to pay 100+ employees their right monthly and weekly compensation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excel modeling skills, and a deep understanding of accounting schedules.

Duties

• Utilize and improve existing excel compensation models to create weekly and monthly compensation sheets for employees
• Manage and clean accounting schedules for commission accrual
• Input compensation due to employees in ADP Workforce Now on a weekly basis
• Collaborate with human resources to support payroll processes, employee evaluations, and benefits administration.
• Conduct data analyses required to craft compensation plans
• Send offer letters to new employees

Qualifications

• Significant, advanced experience with excel and excel modeling
• Experience managing automotive accounting schedules in Reynolds and Reynolds DMS
• Experience with ADP WorkforceNow
