Convert prospects into minimum order quantity (MOQ) purchases and nurture them into ongoing supply relationships. Keep accurate records of outreach and sales progress. Compensation: 15% commission on the first MOQ order from each new client. Escalating commission up to 25% on all substantial follow-up and repeat orders.
