Small team commercial real estate bride lender looking for help streamlining our underwriting model to efficiently process and underwrite incoming loan requests. This means updating our excel model with power query and/or VBA to process borrower and broker T-12, proforma, rent rolls, ect to quickly parse into our model. Will also look for assistance with updating and expanding our model to make it more robust. Will also consider AI solutions to intake raw data and populate our model. Strongly prefer someone who has experience with commercial real estate lending.
