• Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Prospect, develop, and manage your own portfolio of commercial clients
• Evaluate client risks and offer tailored insurance solutions through our extensive carrier network
• Negotiate with underwriters and provide expert policy guidance to clients
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention
• Keep current with industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements
• Education & Experience
• Proven ability to generate and sustain new business
• Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with agency management systems and insurance quoting platforms
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a producer or commercial insurance agent
