We’re looking for a Commercial Development Manager to lead revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, building customer relationships, and working closely with internal teams to deliver winning solutions for wire harness and electrical assemblies. If you’re a results-driven sales professional with experience in manufacturing or electrical components, who currently resides in/around Minneapolis, Minnesota, this is a high-impact role with room to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
• Build strong relationships with OEM and Tier 1 customers
• Lead quoting, proposal development, and pricing strategy in collaboration with engineering and operations
• Maintain a robust pipeline and manage the full sales cycle
• Analyze market trends and provide input on product and service offerings
• Represent the company at trade shows and customer visits
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth handoff from sales to production
• Requirements

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5 years of proven business development or sales experience in manufacturing, required
• 3 years of experience in wire harnesses, electronics, or custom assemblies, preferred
• Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate engineering concepts
• Proven success developing new customer relationships and winning business
• Strong understanding of pricing, quoting, and margin strategy
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project coordination skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a high-accountability environment
• Willingness to travel frequently
