About the Role We are seeking a sales-oriented Cold Calling & Sales Representative who can not only generate leads but also close deals. This position is open only to candidates physically located in the United States. The ideal candidate is a driven sales professional who thrives on meeting targets, handles objections confidently, and has the discipline to consistently turn calls into revenue. Key Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients across the U.S. Present and sell our services directly to prospects. Identify client needs, handle objections, and close sales independently. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, and closed deals. Continuously improve sales techniques and contribute ideas to the team. Required Qualifications Must be currently living in the United States. Minimum 1 year of proven cold calling and sales closing experience. Strong knowledge of website and development services. Own a laptop/computer with reliable high-speed internet. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Target-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented. Ability to work independently without supervision. Preferred Qualities Proven record of consistently achieving/exceeding sales quotas. Experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, or telemarketing.
