We’re hiring confident cold callers to qualify U.S. homeowners for $0-down solar programs. You’ll call homeowners using our dialer, follow a short qualifying script, and book confirmed appointments. This isn’t a robotic script-reading job - we’re looking for confident communicators who can think on their feet, build quick rapport, and sound natural on the phone. Prior experience calling or selling to U.S. homeowners (solar, real estate, roofing, energy) is a huge plus but not required if you communicate clearly and confidently. Pay: $5/hr + performance bonuses ($25–$50 per confirmed sit). Training, homeowner data, and dialer access are all provided. Must be available during U.S. hours (MST/CST). We move fast - confident communicators who can start immediately will be prioritized. If you can deliver results, you’ll grow quickly within the company.
