We’re launching a new AI Voice Agent that helps small service-based businesses — like restaurants, med spas, dental offices, solar companies, roofing companies, car dealerships, and more — to stop missing phone calls and start booking more customers 24/7. Let’s build something big — together! ------ This is a base plus comission role. You will be provided a list of companies. Your job will be to email, call, and engage on social media. I am looking for someone who wants to grow and earn a lot of money. The comission is uncapped, so you can make as much as you can sell. This is a commission-heavy role with a small monthly base pay. Ideal for someone who is hungry, competitive, and wants to grow into a full sales position. Responsibilities Identify target businesses (provided via lead lists) and decision-makers. Run outbound campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels. Follow up with prospects using a structured cadence (scripts provided). Qualify prospects using set criteria and book appointments for closers. Maintain accurate records in our CRM (GoHighLevel). Hit weekly KPIs for outreach volume and appointments set. Requirements Strong written and spoken English (near-native level). 1+ year in sales, cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation. Confident phone manner and persistence in follow-up. Ability to work U.S. business hours or overlap at least 4 hours/day. Access to a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet work environment. Compensation Base Pay: $200–$300/month (USD) depending on experience. Commission: $50–$500 per customer that closes (average rep earns $1,500–$3,000/month OTE).
