CoachIQ is a fast-growing platform helping sports coaches and facility owners scale their businesses. Content is at the core of how we grow, and we’re building a team of editors who each specialize in their own lane. We already have short-form covered — now we’re looking for someone to own all of our long-form editing. What We Need We produce 2–4 long-form videos per month: Podcasts (1–2 episodes/month) – typically 30–60 minutes, focused on business and coaching conversations. - Here is an example podcast: https://youtu.be/z_zZp_NQrQc?si=itSysLG8vfPmTzWN Value Videos (1–2 per month) – our founder speaking directly to camera on specific topics, usually ~30 minutes. You’ll be the editor responsible for turning these into polished, YouTube-ready videos. The workload is steady but not overwhelming, and may expand as our content output increases. Your Responsibilities Handle all long-form editing for CoachIQ. Clean cuts, smooth pacing, remove filler, and keep the conversation flowing. Add intros/outros (assets provided). Ensure audio/video sync is clean, and make light corrections where needed. Export and deliver YouTube-ready files (proper formatting, clean transitions, no errors). Optional: Add chapters/timestamps for YouTube if you have experience. Communicate reliably and be on call when new episodes are ready (we’ll provide plenty of notice, but flexibility is key). What We’re NOT Looking For No flashy effects, over-the-top transitions, or gimmicky edits. No need to handle short-form reels or carousels — we have a separate team for that.
