• Certified Nursing Assistant II (CNAII) (CNA2) – School-Based 1:1 Care
• Nurses and More is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant II (CNAII) to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to a medically complex adolescent student in a middle school setting. This weekday-only role is ideal for CNAs seeking a consistent schedule, meaningful connection, and a supportive clinical environment.

Spotlight Position

• Full-Time CNAII Needed – Middle School Student (ZIP 28212)
• Provide 1:1 care for a non-verbal student with mobility and neurological needs. The student uses a wheelchair and eye gaze device for communication and receives enteral nutrition and seizure monitoring.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday during school hours (+15 minutes).
• Meet at School (M.A.S.) – ZIP 28212

Primary Duties

• Follow a detailed care plan and daily schedule
• Assist with G-tube feeding and toileting routines
• Provide safety monitoring and mobility assistance throughout the school day
• Monitor for seizures and support behavioral needs
• Escort student between classes and participate in daily activities
• Document care provided and observations

Requirements

• Certification: NC CNAII license required (must be active on the NC Nurse Aide Registry)
• Experience: At least 6 months of CNA experience; pediatric, behavioral health, or neurologic care preferred
• CPR Certification: Current, in-person course only (no online-only courses accepted)
• Must be dependable, patient, and able to work independently
