We’re committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. #DXCSMARTFirst Roles And Responsibilities: Handles day to day operations tickets for Axway MFT Support Incident Tickets that needs to be addressed depending on criticality Request Tickets that needs to be completed on 10-day SLA Change Tasks that are done on a specific dates depending on the change record Resource should have basic understanding of the following: Linux/Unix Windows Server Resource shall be trained by our EDM to ensure readiness once deployed to the L2 rotation.
