I’m looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Client Success Manager (VA) to help oversee client accounts and marketing campaigns for my digital marketing agency. This person will act as the bridge between our clients and internal team (media buyers, designers, and SEO specialists), ensuring campaigns stay on track, results are communicated clearly, and clients feel supported and confident in our process. You don’t need to be a media buying expert, but you should understand how marketing campaigns work and be able to identify what’s performing well, what’s not, and what might need improvement. Responsibilities: Monitor active client campaigns and report on performance and key metrics Communicate with clients via Slack or email to ensure they’re informed and supported Review and monitor client activity inside GoHighLevel (CRM) — including leads, pipelines, automations, and overall system performance Identify potential issues or underperforming campaigns and relay findings to the ads/media buying team Coordinate with internal team members to make sure feedback and adjustments are implemented Keep track of deadlines, deliverables, and performance goals Help maintain organization in ClickUp, Asana, or similar project management tools Assist with onboarding new clients (setting up accounts, sending reports, collecting assets) Requirements: Experience in a client success, account management, or VA role within a marketing or advertising agency Strong communication and organizational skills Working knowledge of GoHighLevel or similar CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) Basic understanding of digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc.) Proactive, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts Fluent in English (written and spoken) Familiarity with Slack, Google Drive, and project management tools Preferred (but not required): Background in paid advertising or social media marketing Ability to interpret analytics reports and spot trends Experience working with U.S.-based clients What We Offer: Long-term, ongoing role with room for growth Collaborative and supportive remote team environment Opportunity to expand responsibilities as we scale Compensation: Hourly or fixed monthly rate (please include your rate and availability) Approximately a few hours a week to start To Apply: Please include: A short introduction and relevant experience Examples of past work in a similar role (preferably within a marketing agency) Your experience with GoHighLevel or other CRMs A brief explanation of how you typically communicate between clients and internal teams
