We’re seeking motivated, quick-learning, and ambitious Client Success Managers ready to earn up to $2,000/month while ensuring our clients achieve outstanding results. As a Client Success Manager at our company, you’ll need to be available during U.S. business hours (11 AM to 7 PM) across U.S. time zones and play a critical role in onboarding new clients and supporting their ongoing success. Top performers and A-players have the opportunity to advance to senior roles, such as Client Success Team Lead or other leadership positions within the company. What You’ll Do: - Organize client lead lists and uploads - Book in appointments over texts for clients - Track outreach and messaging KPIs - Build strong relationships with clients to maximize satisfaction and retention.
