💼 Client Success Manager for GHL Agency | Long-Term Position | Onboarding + Fulfillment + Client Relationship Management We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Client Success Manager to join our growing Go High Level (GHL) agency. This is a long-term, part-time to full-time role (depending on performance and workload) focused on delivering an exceptional experience to our local business clients. If you’re familiar with GHL, great with clients, and skilled at managing systems and teams — we want to hear from you! 🔧 Your Core Responsibilities Will Include: ✅ Client Onboarding Guiding new clients through our onboarding process Setting up accounts inside GHL (sub-accounts, snapshots, domains, integrations, etc.) Personalizing automations and templates based on client goals ✅ Weekly Client Success Calls Conducting weekly check-ins with clients (15-30 min) Sharing small wins, campaign performance, and monthly reports Gathering client feedback and suggesting new strategies or add-ons ✅ Fulfillment Tasks Website setup (using pre-built templates) A2P 10DLC registration & SMS setup Tweaking pre-built automations for specific industries Ensuring systems are functioning properly for each client ✅ Light Team Management Assigning tasks to setters, VAs, and other team members Coordinating between departments to ensure smooth delivery Reporting on overall client satisfaction and team performance 🎯 Ideal Candidate Has: 6+ months experience with Go High Level (Preferred) Strong understanding of small business marketing (especially local businesses) Fluent English with excellent communication skills Experience in onboarding, client success, or account management roles Familiar with website builders (especially GHL’s) and automation tools Organized, self-motivated, and reliable 💡 Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with A2P 10DLC setup Familiarity with reputation management and SMS/email marketing Ability to audit and improve marketing funnels or automations 🕒 Availability: Must be available during US business hours for client calls (can be flexible) Approx. 15–25 hours per week to start with potential for full-time 💰 Compensation: Monthly or hourly rate — based on experience Performance bonuses available for hitting retention and satisfaction KPIs 🚀 Why Join Us?
