Process Front Office submissions relating to client static maintenance such a Change of Name / ID / Contact/ Address, ensuring completeness and that all internal controls are adhered to. 2. Support requests for the Bank’s internet banking services 3. Process end to end for account opening which includes creation / maintenance of accounts in the PB systems. 4. Handle Portfolio Risk Profile submissions including: -Vulnerable Client assessments - Issuance of renewal confirmations - Tracking of expiry and renewal 5. Support FATCA / CRS activities e.g. Tracking of expired documents, Annual Requirement -Diploma / Degree holder -4- 5 years of experience in private banking client static maintenance will be required. Reasonable knowledge of documentation requirements for individual and non individual accounts will be an added advantage. - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Able to work effectively in a team and multitask. -Analytical and process minded, understand processes and workflows. - Able to learn and share information with peers and team members. -Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Additional Requirements Develop, Engage, Execute, Strategise Be a Part of the UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
