- We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Client Service Associate to join our team in Sandy Springs. This role is key to ensuring our clients receive exceptional service, consistent support, and timely communication throughout their experience with Blue Print Out. As a liaison between clients and internal teams, you will contribute to the overall satisfaction and retention of our valued clientele.
- Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and support.
- Manage client communications in a timely, professional manner via phone and email (no social media).
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient project execution.
- Track and update client accounts, service orders, and documentation.
- Proactively follow up on client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain organized records of communications and deliverables.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and guiding them through service processes.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and recommend improvements.

- Proven experience in client service, administrative support, or customer relations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
