Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional client experiences and fostering strong relationships with our customers, who are U.S. Military veterans. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in customer support, and have a strong background in client services. Prior military experience is a plus, as it provides valuable perspective in serving our veteran clients.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage outbound calling initiatives to follow up with clients and gather feedback on services provided.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions through data entry and ensure all information is up-to-date in our systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by effectively handling client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer applications to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services based on client needs.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while engaging with clients over the phone or through other communication channels.
  • Analyze client feedback and service usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Experience with ZOHO CRM or any other CRM is a plus

Qualifications

  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable, particularly in English and other languages.
  • Previous experience in customer support or client services is essential; call center experience is a plus.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate product benefits to clients.
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry tasks.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required.
