We’re building a high-performance, heart-centered real estate and coaching brand—and we’re searching for a bilingual (English–Spanish) executive assistant who thrives in communication, lead follow-up, and proactive organization. This is not a typical VA role — you’ll be a direct partner in creating flow across our real estate, content, and coaching divisions. ⚡️This is a trial-to-hire position—ideal for someone who wants to grow into a long-term strategic role as part of a mission-driven team. (Optional) Share your Human Design or Gene Keys if you know them Qualifications • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken + written) • Excellent phone communication and emotional intelligence • Organized, proactive, and reliable — you don’t wait for instructions • Experience using CRMs (GoHighLevel, Follow-Up Boss) • Comfort using Notion, Google Drive, and task tracking systems • Stable internet connection and quiet workspace • Based in Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Venezuela, or Peru preferred)
