Responsibilities

• Assist clients with inquiries and provide information regarding products and services.
• Manage outbound calling efforts to follow up on client requests and feedback.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and ensure all client interactions are logged properly.
• Provide bilingual support to clients as needed, enhancing the overall customer experience.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer applications to create reports and manage client information.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with clients over the phone.
• Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client engagement strategies.

Skills

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.
• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Experience in a call center environment is beneficial, particularly with outbound calling responsibilities.
• Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Cash handling experience is preferred, demonstrating reliability in financial transactions.
