We’re hiring an experienced client-facing legal professional who understands LLC structures, foreign registrations, operating agreements, SPVs, and multi-entity setups for real estate investors and entrepreneurs. This is not just a backend paralegal role — you’ll be the main point of contact between our business and clients. You’ll explain our legal packages, handle inbound calls, and support clients through onboarding, document follow-ups, and structure changes. 🧠 What You’ll Do: Take calls, texts, and emails from clients to explain the value of: Dual-entity (holding + operating) Landlord protection (4-layer LLC) SPV funding LLCs Foreign registration filings Guide clients through package selection and pricing Solve customer service issues, including: Missing operating agreements, EINs, or filings Requests to add-on foreign registrations or changes Following up when a lawyer doesn’t respond Coordinate with our legal team and internal staff ✅ Requirements: Paralegal, JD, or legal experience with LLCs or incorporation Confident speaking on the phone to real estate clients Solid understanding of legal structure logic (holding/operating, asset separation) Organized with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and task trackers Bonus if you’ve worked in a real estate law, business formation, or high-ticket consulting firm ⏱ Time Commitment: Part-time to start (15–25 hours/week), can grow into full-time U.S. time zone preferred or must be available during U.S. business hours To apply, tell us: Your legal background Experience with LLC or corporate filings If you’ve ever explained packages or pricing to clients Your availability
