Project-Based ClickUp Expert Employment Type: Project-Based / Fixed-Term Contract Department: Operations / Project Management Reports To: Operations Manager / Project Lead Location: Remote (Philippines-based preferred) About the Role We are looking for a ClickUp Expert on a project basis to help us set up, streamline, and optimize our workflow management system. The ideal candidate has deep experience customizing ClickUp for team collaboration, automation, and reporting. You’ll play a key role in improving efficiency across teams by designing a workspace that supports clear processes and measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Set up and configure ClickUp workspaces, dashboards, and automations based on project or departmental needs. Audit existing ClickUp setup and recommend improvements for better efficiency and visibility. Create custom views, templates, and forms tailored to team workflows. Integrate ClickUp with other tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, Zapier, etc.). Develop training materials and conduct sessions for team members to ensure adoption. Create performance and productivity dashboards to monitor deliverables and deadlines. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide documentation for system use and maintenance. Qualifications Proven experience in ClickUp implementation, customization, and optimization (at least 1–2 years). Strong understanding of project management workflows and team collaboration practices. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Experience with automation tools and third-party integrations is a plus. Ability to communicate complex systems clearly to non-technical users.
