We also operate BuildFit AI — an AI-powered hiring intelligence platform used by contractors to evaluate and score candidates. We are expanding quickly and seeking a Civil Construction Sourcer to help us build strong pipelines for project managers, estimators, superintendents, foremen, and field leaders. This is a long-term role with clear growth opportunities. 🔹 Role Overview We are looking for a highly organized, fast-moving Candidate Sourcer who can identify, engage, and deliver high-quality civil construction talent. You will receive full SOPs, KPIs, scripts, Boolean searches, and training on our internal system (HubSpot + Apollo). You will support active searches in: Heavy Civil Underground Utilities Earthwork & Sitework Asphalt / Concrete Dewatering Industrial Construction Project Management & Estimating 🔹 Responsibilities Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, databases, and Boolean strings Filter, screen, and deliver qualified candidates daily Add candidates to our CRM (HubSpot) Provide summaries and notes for each candidate Maintain confidentiality and professionalism Communicate daily progress and KPIs Support fast-moving recruiting projects 🔹 You Must Have Experience sourcing civil or technical roles (strongly preferred) Ability to follow structured SOPs Strong English communication Fast research skills Detail-oriented and consistent work ethic Reliable internet + ability to work US hours when needed 🔹 Compensation Models (Choose Your Track) We offer 3 competitive compensation paths, giving you flexibility based on your preferred work style.
