I am speaking at the ABCA Convention on January 9th in Columbus, Ohio in front of 11,000 attendees, and I’m looking for a high-level videographer (or 2-person crew) who can capture cinematic, multi-camera footage of my 37-minute workshop. This footage will be used for professional speaking reels, marketing content, event promos, and TED Talk submissions, so quality and reliability are critical. 🔥 WHAT I NEED CAPTURED Core Footage Full multi-camera coverage of my 37-minute workshop Clean, crisp audio (lav mic + backup recorder) Crowd reactions: note-taking, partner shares, smiles, engagement Wide shots showing the scale of the audience (up to 11,000) Over-the-shoulder shots with me in foreground and audience in background Cinematic shots as I walk on and off stage 🎥B-Roll / Cinematic Shots Backstage: prep moments, mic-up, reviewing notes Hero shots: silhouette on stage, wide arena shots Audience turning for partner shares Close-up shots of movement, hands, expressions Post-event interactions: people lining up, testimonials, conversations 🎥 IDEAL SKILLS Experience filming large events, conferences, or concerts Ability to work in low-light indoor environments Strong understanding of framing, movement, and storytelling Comfortable capturing fast-paced, live moments 📸 GEAR REQUIREMENTS Minimum recommended: 2–3 cameras (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, RED preferred) Gimbal / stabilizer for cinematic movement shots Telephoto lens (70–200mm or similar) for stage Wide-angle lens for crowd and environmental shots High-quality lav mic + backup audio recorder Ability to simulate drone-style movements (or an actual drone) 🎬 DELIVERABLES All raw footage B-roll library for future marketing use 1-10 minute cinematic highlight reel 5–10 testimonial clips from attendees (10–20 seconds each) 📅 DATES & LOCATION January 9th, 2026 12:40PM is the engagement (Arrival preferred the evening of Jan 8th) Columbus, Ohio - Columbus Convention Center 💰 COMPENSATION Competitive — based on experience, gear, and scope.
