Chat Support Host (Philippines Only) Company: OSE Sweeps Start Date: October 22, 2025 Location: Remote – Philippines Only About the Role OseSweeps.com is building a next-generation online arcade and iGaming platform for players around the world. We’re looking for a Chat Support Host to join our growing team in the Philippines. Hosts are the frontline of our player experience—guiding users through purchases, redemptions, and gameplay while keeping chat coverage live 24/7. This is a hybrid support + outreach position designed for individuals who enjoy helping players and earning more through results-driven commissions. Responsibilities • Manage live chat during your assigned 8-hour shift (three total shifts covering 24/7). • Respond to all player messages within 30 seconds using provided chat macros and templates. • Guide players step-by-step through creating accounts, completing KYC, making crypto payments (SOL, LTC, DOGE, etc.), and redeeming winnings for crypto. • Conduct outreach during slow chat hours by messaging inactive players via email or text using templates. • Provide accurate, friendly, and professional responses at all times. • Escalate large redemptions or flagged cases to management for review. • Work closely with the Lead Host and training manager to ensure all systems are followed correctly.
