We’re looking for a proactive and sales-driven WhatsApp Sales & Customer Service Agent who can turn conversations into purchases while understanding and supporting our luxury fashion clientele. 👉 Gorgias is our platform for U.S. customer service, focused on support, order questions, returns, shipping updates, and general care. This channel is not about aggressive selling but about providing warm, timely, and exceptional service. 👉 WhatsApp is our international sales channel, where the focus is on proactive selling and relationship building. You’ll reach out to customers with product updates, initiate warm conversations, personalize messages, and guide them toward purchasing. You’ll respond to inquiries quickly, use Canva to create simple visuals and personalized catalogs, and help clients select the right pieces. Strong communication and chat sales experience required.
